Having issues writing a tune even when vehicle is licensed

I have been fighting this for a couple days. I recently tried uploading a tune and writing onto my vehicle(2009 cobalt SS) and it clearly says the vehicle has licensing in the license info but when I go to write it the box pops up to license the vehicle. I re entered the application key to make sure it was correct and still no change. I also tried reading the tune and re writing it exactly how it is and it still brings up the licensing box. Any help would be appreciated

In this case I would recommend opening a support ticket, unfortunately licensing issues aren't typically something we can assist with via the forum.

I am having the same issue, and have also submitted a ticket for the support team. It has been 48 hours with no response. Did you ever get your issue resolved?
