MPVI2 VERY delayed response in receiving credits

I can't belive this is still a problem after the MPVI2 has been out for so long. I have had a customer on the dyno for 45mins and we're still waiting for credits to come through?

I would suggest rather than purchasing credits when the customer walks through the door to purchase a few extra credits so you have some on hand when a customer walks through the door. Considering the credits are now universal now is the best time to order a few to always have on hand.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I do understand that, but why release a product that only works half the time? I should have used the MPVI1 for this but thought let's get fancy and use the new interface.

This is a failure on our end.

Your credits should be available now.

This is extreme ownership, and I like it.
