After 20 to 30 secs of idle, the STFT go to 32%+. The oxygen sensors are working and switching good; what else can I check?

Check for vacuum leaks or exhaust leaks

Where's the MAF and what size pipe? Depending on location and pipe size it will throw off MAF Cal. If no vacuum\exhaust leaks like stated above then give it the fuel it wants and see how it responds

need logs all mods even down to intake tubing size and oem flash . So post oem tune and post a log with wideband and eq error with and without closed loop active and post with always resest fuel trims
