    Quick Question About IMRC Voltages

I have a 2015 Mustang GT and need some info. I was looking at some data in FORScan and noticed that IMRC1M and IMRC2M didn't match. My IMRC1M is ~1.1V and IMRC2M is ~4V. I was told that they should both be ~1.1V when closed and ~4V open at ~2800RPM. But, looking at the actuators on the back of the manifold, the position sensors rotate in opposite directions. I don't have any fault codes for IMRC but I'd like to know for sure if this is normal. And if it isn't, what could be wrong. I've included a picture I took of the IMRC PIDs (bottom left of pic). Thanks.

Also, here is a good pic of the back of the manifold showing the IMRC system.

Edit: The drivers side rotates clockwise (to close) and the passenger side rotates counter-clockwise (to close), as your looking at it from the rear(like in the pic).
