So I put up the post as it seems to be the only way I hear from anyone...

The last email response I was given saying "next week" was over two weeks ago... (Oct 15). Shortly after that, Bill Locked the other thread I had saying: "Our Nissan engineer responded to you when you inquired last week explaining it would be done sometime THIS week."

Says-
"This error usually means its a new operating system we have yet to come across & we need to map the calibration for your use which takes a few days."


My problem is this vehicle is not MY vehicle. This is a Customer vehicle. So I have to report TO THEM on where we are at on it. The whole "next week" (which comes and goes), or worse (in writing on your site) "a few days", all of this is HARD to explain to a customer...
