2015 L83 swap no throttle response

Hello guys, I have recently completed a L83 swap in my 97 k1500. I have about 600 miles on the swap and it has been running good. I took it out driving on the beach in 4x4 for the first time and suddenly it wouldn't take the gas. On the Hp tuners scanner everything looked okay. The throttle would show 0 to 99% but the throttle body wouldnt go past 15%. The tune is stock, all I have done is disable the vats and dod. Any idea what can cause/fix this issue?

if the cel doesn't work you might not realize it went into limp mode, try checking/clearing codes with the scanner.

I have the cel wired up but it is on because I'm getting maf sensor codes but when I look at the data with the scanner it looks good. It was fine until I put it into 4 low. I cleared the codes and fished a little while and when I came back it was good. Thanks, I am completely new to the tuning world.
