    False peaks in map reading

I'm using VCM scanner 3.6.26 and have been seeing some strange peak readings in my map gauge. If I do a short WOT pull in to boost and look over at the laptop, I'll show a peak that could be 50kpa higher than was actually seen. It might show a peak of 190kpa and if I look back through the log, the highest it hit was 140kpa. If I save the log, close, reopen and play it back, it won't show the erroneous peak anymore. Anyone dealt with this?

I think I got it figured out. If I log map sensor SAE, it works fine so long as I don't click yes to generic. When it is logging generic the values are off for some reason. This is on a E40 pcm.

without seeing the scanner log & a screenshot of what you are referring to its impossible to assist further.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I thought I had it figured out, but noticed a discrepancy this morning again. Attached is the log and a screenshot of the original peaks after the log showing a peak of 135 kpa. If you play it back(even at 1x), the highest the map goes is 120 kpa.
