4L60E with a P59 PCM, torque converter refuses to lock if the transmission fluid temp is below 73*F. I want to lower this value because as far as I'm concerned, TCC slip does nothing for me but lower my MPG unnecessarily while I'm simply cruising down the highway. Is it possible to get this parameter added? Also, I've noted the TCC PWM value skyrockets as soon as I reach 65MPH, and this has no relation to and is unaffected by the TCC Duty Cycle Min/Max tables. Would like to know if these parameters can be changed. Tune and log files added for reference.
