    Injector Data Load

    HP Tuners,

I'm trying to get some help loading injector data into hp tuners. I started out trying to load the Injector Flow Rate vs Pressure Data. When I went to copy and paste the flowrate data I noticed the manifold vacuum (KPA) numbers were listed as the following:

    0 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60 65 70 75 80 (new Injector data)

    128 148 168 188 208 228 248 268 308 328 348 368 388 408 428 (hp tuners)

The hp tuners pressure data is different from my new injector data load card. Since can't change the pressure data in hp tuners do I just copy and paste over what's already there even though
    the kpa doesn't match up

What injectors? You need the data to match.

    OEM Data: 2010GS Covette LS3, Stick / E38
    New Injectors: HPI 96lbs injectors

Here is the issue i'm having. I'm trying to load injector data in the tables but the KPA isn't matching up.
    1. youtube shows the guy accessing Flow Rate vs KPA on my HP tuners it shows Flow Rate vs Press I'm assuming pressure is the new name for kpa in the system.
    2. when I open this chart up in HP tuners, it starts at 128 and on my new HPI injector data chart it starts out with zero (0) pressure

    injectord load.PNG
Speed Density VE Tuning 2 complete.hpt

I've tried to attach the actual data but the dialog box doesn't have this option to attach files on pictures.
I'm still new to tuning but I've never seen the kpa start out at 128 it's usually zero or a negative number.
how can I change the kpa data so that it reads correctly

it looks like you should be using the third table (18.6 psi = 128 kpa, 21.5 psi = 148 kpa, 24.4 psi = 168 kpa etc. etc. etc.) Remember that differential pressure is in psi and your table is in kpa. You need to make sure you are in the same units when you are comparing these numbers.

Thank you, that made all the difference. I forgot rule number 1, convert all to the same unit of measure
