You can use ST/LT trims dial in your PT fueling . But for WOT highly recommend you get a wideband. Some reading material which will help you get your histogram tables setup.

Here is a nice overview of HP tuners, see post 17 and 18 for some insight on how to use the narrow band O2 to get ball park but again installing a wideband which give you much more accurate results.
