    invalid application key

    I haven't used HPT since last May but today I tried to read a VCM and could not do that.

    The error I get is "invalid application key".

    I entered my application key almost until I wore out the keyboard to no avail.

    Has HPT going to some kind of subscription business model where one has to get new application keys on a regular basis?

    sounds like you are using an old application key, I would recommend updating to your newest application key. If you are in need of further assistance open a support ticket.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    You were right, Bill.

    The last time I used HPT, I had an old application key. In fact, when I was getting that error. I looked under the help menu and found the app. key was the same as the one in my original email from you guys. Then I checked the web site and found a different number. I don't ever remember changing it in the application.

    yeah we changed our software to only "like" the newest app key for internal reasons, we appreciate your patience.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
