I had someone hook up to reset my fuel cutoff on 2004Z06 with LS6 motor. The program said it was successful. However, when I went to drive the car immediately after to see if it worked, the magnetic variable assist steering was not working properly. There isn't any assist at low speed so the steering wheel is stiff to turn. Does anyone know what may have taken place? Could the tune software have somehow altered a setting for this system? Any input would be helpful. Thanks
Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if it fixes it.
