Question regarding Fuel Base vs RPM vs TPS Table for 2015 5.0

My Tuning School docs show a table (50151) that is under Engine>Fuel>Open & Closed Loop under the heading Base Fuel and the table is listed as Fuel Base but on my car under Open & Closed Loop I don't have that table. Under Base Fuel I can enter a target Lambda but the only table above that is Fuel Cylinder Cutoff. I do have Fuel Base Cold but that is not the same thing. Do I just enter the target Lambda? Is the Fuel Base table replaced by the target Lambda I enter in?

There is no tab called "Open & Closed Loop" only "Open Loop/Base", in this tab there is only the following base tables

Fuel Base Cold (target lambda when you are in fuel base cold)
Fuel Base Cold FFV (target lambda when you in fuel base cold and are running e85)

The others ones like lost fuel base and what not you can leave alone.
