2017 GT350 - Quieter engine mods ?

Hi there !

I'm a newbie on Hptuner, i need some help.

I've got here a GT350, i need the car to run quieter due to regulations in my country...
(I won't let the car quieter after approval)..

So actually i've removed the Oem CAI and installed a 2015 5.0L intake air box, a guy made me a tune with an SCT to avoid Airflow problems and check engine light... But going with Hptuner i think a will have to do the trick myself..

But the car still loud on the engine, when getting to WOT i can clearly hear the engine like a CAI..
I've seen in Torque management a enable/disable switch for Pass by Torque Limit : Did anyone already tried it ?

if you want to make it quieter just set the exhaust to never open the active exhaust valves, this will keep the exhaust quiet even under WOT.
