I have a 1950 chevy truck that I swapped a 2004 5.3 from a Tahoe into. I am running a 5 speed manual trans. The issue I have is if I hit the rev limiter while driving or just sitting still it like it doesn't reset. It will drop back down to idle. If I keep pushing the throttle it will surge from idle to about 3k rpms then back to idle and continue doing that until I let off the throttle. I can turn off the ignition and start it back up and its fine until I hit the limiter again. Mods are cam, headers and exhaust. It has done this from the start when it was stock. I attached my current tune for review. Any help would be appreciated.
