Coyote Control pack - wot afr commanded not matching wot afr table

Tuning a supercharged Coyote for the first time, i?m following the Lasota cookbook advice to make my base tune... everything seems to work great, now trying wot tunning, but after three dyno pulls , and logs, have found that the afr commanded is not following what i made as a table...
attached is a mini log, and the tune file.
anyone sees whats wrong?? any suggestions??

Hey mate in the electronic throttle section you had the wot start and end well away from where it should be
I adjusted the AFRs to be 13.6 and at wot 11.8
there some minor changes to the tune your might need to compare to see

in your log theres a fuel fault have you got any DTCs
check that too.
