check engine light after reading please help im new.

hello! i am extremely new to tuning, all i know is ive had two tuners tell me my car is fine when the converter locks and jerks the entire car in second gear consistently. all i need to do is pull the tune file to send it off to a new tuner but after reading, i got an alert that ive been supplied with a stock tune file and if it has been tuned before then it will be lost (something similar to that). I now also have a check engine light. i literally did nothing other than read the tune.

please help, i dont know what i did or what to do. also its an a10

Hi bro, well the check engine light can sometimes stay on for P1001 if I remember correctly it's because of that dtc that comes from loss of communication from the ecm, check your vcm scanner and look at the code if you have it, just clean it, now you could read it the melody correctly?
