Angry Chnaged OS and now unlicensed vehicle?

I read the tune from my 1999 suburban and licensed it. I sent this file off to have a segment swap done for a 4L80 as it is not possible with HP tuners for this "black box PCM". To do so, the operating system needed changed to support the 4L80 segment swap. When I open the new file, the correct VIN is there and the only change I can see is the operating system number under calibration details. All of my engine tuning is exactly the same, but the trans segment is obviously all new. When I try to write this file to the truck, it says unlicensed vehicle. I pulled the stock file up and wrote it to the vehicle with no issues. So how do I license this new operating system so I can write it to the vehicle?????

Perfectly normal when you change to a different operating system as explained here https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...icles-licensed
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
