Open Up Memory Locations for User Defined Paramters

There are parameters in the black out zones I need access to, one currently being Reverse Lockout Enabler in the transmission segment of a Gen3 LS file. Anyway for those black out zones to be lifted? Would be nice to have access to all the binary.

EFILive now does the same thing with their user defined parameter option (CAX files). They block off sections of the calibration (often randomly it would seem) - EFILive did not originally do this - with older versions of their software there was no restrictions.

That should not be restricted. Can you give us the location and OSID?
