In my 2 bar upgraded tune, my VE table starts at 30 kPa and goest to 210. Is there a way to get 10 and 20 kPa back?

No.
That is what you are given.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
There is another option for custom OS that will keep full resolution of the VE table.

Can you not edit your axis? Will have to compromise though.

I can in the tuner, but I'm not aware I can in the editor.
I'm not familiar with custom OS stuff. Not sure I'm there yet.

Does it really matter? Whats your engine doing below 30kpa?
Axis aren't editable in the editor on the Gen3 OS's.
I can say with certainty that not having resolution below 30kpa causes huge rich conditions on decel, especially on turbo combo's that generally have smaller camshafts.
