If the mail order tune file is not the tune file you licensed, that will give you a unlicensed vehicle for sure.
Like compare the VIN and OS to your original file if you did ever license the vehicle previously.
Or if you never licensed it, then of course it says unlicensed because you have never spent the 2 credits on it in the first place. The mail order tuner did.

Great..what happen was i got a mail order tune..then had a street tune done bought hp tuners saved that tune. The street tune was messed up so i sent my pcm back to install the mail order back. So now i need to buy 2 more credits because i licensed the old tune? Thanks jim.. ok, update.. i had to purchase 2 credits.. back to normal!
