E92 transmission WOT shift rpm vs mph

2016 Silverado 5.3 4wd 3.42 gears, stock transmission about 2x stock horsepower. Fuel cutoff 6900.
Having a hard time homing in on good consistent shifting. Actually it hangs, stutters, won?t shift 2-3 most of the time (all that?s needed for 1/8 and 1/4 mile). I had a 5900 rpm shift tune that did okay with 2-3 WOT and part load shift mph at 86% of mphs at shift rpm ( in other words if shifting at 6000 use mph for 5160). 6000 and 6300 rpm shifts with 2-3 mph at 90% act up. Before I just go try it, does that sound like enough difference to explain the behavior,
FYI the log shows rpm and mph should be high enough to shift but it just hangs and torque drops without shifting while still accelerator WOT.

Just snapped to Bluecat, I’ll give it a shot. Anybody have any advise on the reaction, slope, etc numbers for this heavy, mid power vehicle?
