Better throttle body for boost or a tuning issue

Having driveability issues with my twin turbo 5.7 magnum.

It comes on boost very early, 1800rpm. If you roll into a bit of boost then try to roll lightly back out of it(like when you didn't really want that much power) it just holds boost until you have backed all the way off the throttle then slams the throttle blade shut and you into the windshield.

Is there a better throttle body that will control this better or is this just a tuning issue?

Sounds like a tuning issue to me. Throttle body flow if I had to guess. Can you post tune and a log that would sure help us help you

Is your BOV venting when you let off?

Well I guess it might not if throttle was staying open. Log of throttle is slow to close or if it's showing it closing.
