Quick question - New engine, old tune, runs really bad.

Just got done swapping an engine in a 2012 Challenger for a friend, it was a stock SRT 392 with a Magnacharger on it. We put in a forged and studded A2Speed 392 with ported heads and a lumpy FI cam.
The Magnacharger is back on and the car starts, but WOW - it runs really bad, wont hardly idle and if I keep it running with the throttle, its will go pig rich, all the plugs are dark black and it feels like its missing down low.

I went over everything a few times, no codes yet, I haven't kept it running that long - dont want to hurt anything.

I was expecting to at least be able to drive it to the tuner, but I definitely cant. Not sure what kind of tune is in it, it does seem to have an aftermarket ECM, marked "Off road use only".
I have HP tuners, but I'm not brave enough to tun it myself yet, zero experience.

Just wondering if the experts here think this is "normal" behavior.

Yup, fairly normal when you put a cam in em.
