Looking for guidance for MPG tune

Buddy wants to tune his 2013 Ford F-150 5.0l non ecoboost (all stock) for better MPG, messed with dfco and he gets 15.5 around town (was 11.4) and on freeway he gets 19.4. At 65-70 mph I?m not familiar with ford so if someone could kindly chime in and point me in a direction of what tables would be needing a change. I?ve researched and have found minimal useful info. I greatly appreciate the help.
