VCM Editor and VCM Scanner will both tell you if a newer version is available, and give you a download link.

In the software, open the Help->About menu.

That's a great feature, doesn't help with archiving old versions for those odd cases where you need to roll back to a previous version. I feel naked without a backup copy of the current installed version saved to multiple places.

I just find it annoying that the version number isn't listed on the download page or in the filename.

I have the v4.2.12 Suite and the online help file parameters don't match what I see in my editor. It appears the online help file is for version 2. When will this be corrected?

Scroll over any table to see its description at the bottom of the window. The help file parameters are a redundancy from whats already in the editor.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Thanks, Bill. I know I can scroll over a setting to see the description, but if I go to the Help menu at the top of the window it takes me to an outdated web page. Since the information contained on that web page is either outdated or incorrect it should either be updated or removed. Perhaps it was an oversight during the QC and beta phases, but if the online help doesn't match the program, then why have it at all?

Thanks, Bill. That's the page I was talking about. It's for v2, not v4. I'll drop the issue.

Does the latest beta 4.3???? require the new MPVI2. I have downloaded the newest 4.3 beta, but when opening it still shows 3.6

I have the MPVI1 and can use the beta on my other computer.

When you download it, it creates a new VCM suite beta, make sure it's opening that.
