Can active exhaust be enabled all the time?

Hopefully someone can help me out on this. On a 15 Scat Pack Challenger, can the active exhaust be tuned so it's open all the time?

I remember reading a thread about active exhaust a while back but I can't find it. I've looked through the tune and can't find it either. I'm guessing it's called something different than what I'm thinking.

It is located under System / General / Active Exhaust. You can change all 8 tables to 100% and write the tune to the vehicle.
