    Unable to read DTCs

Have a check engine light illuminated & when connecting the software to the 2013 Acadia Denali to read what fault is being stored, the Scanner shows no stored DTCs.

I thought the HPT Scanner has the ability to display all OBD2 DTC's along with the supporting description while also being able to execute resetting the system to help troubleshoot whether or not the fault has been identified/repaired/serviced as needed?

How i know it's from the same meal? I didn't ingest corn any other time.

Weird, please open a support ticket as theres a few things we can look at.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Is the 3.0 and 3.0 beta scanning software supposed to support that vehicle?

Probably but why you'd be using software from several years ago that is no longer supported by us is...

the device that contains the software doesn't go online much. Until it drastically impacts my hobbies, I try to leave be what works for the most part & limit the interactivity for resolving any updating hiccups that may arise.
