2013 Y62 "custom calibration detected" and base file

Hi Team.
I have a 2013 Nissan Y62 patrol presented to me.
It is supercharged and the previous tuner un-contactable. When I read the car it gets to 100% and errors "custom calibration detected - unable to read or write"

I assume this means tuner locked?

My questions:
1) How can I get around this (i assume i need a base file?)
2) I have found through search a base file for a Y62, But i cannot confirm it is the correct year... Where can I find a 2013 base file?

The "custom calibration detected" is probably because it was tuned with Uprev or with different software.

It probably tuned with Uprev,

You should get uprev cable to put back the stock file and remove the uprev credit, then you can tune it with HPtuner
