Cant start scanner..plz help!

Hi, I haven't used this system in a while. I had to get a new laptop. Trying to scan my truck, just to make sure it still works. Everything comes up, but it says its off line. How do I get it back running? I updated to the knew version, I think. Do I have to buy a key?12/7/2018 11:14:33 AM

you need to enter your application key under Help-application keys

it will not let me sign in on the web site. Tried to reset my pass word. Cant get to my account, so I can purchase an app key. Unless there is my old key somewhere in that information. When I try to reset my password, it keeps going in circles.

You have to create a new account, we all did with the new website.

Then re-sync up your device to your new account.

It would be in your software
you would've previously received the key via email

If you no longer have it in your software and no longer have the email(s) open a support ticket.

Forgive my lack of tech savy, but can you tell me how to do that? I cant add my device because its asking for app key. I don't have old emails with old key. Where do I find support. This is a new lap top, and I have the old mpv1. I have as much saved on a flash drive like tunes, but not emails. To be truthful, I don't know how to move tunes from the flash drive to the computer.
