    Info for anyone who has run into this double licence trick. The help desk just flips you off. You do not provide a clear enough warning. You cannot expect a new user to know that they have to read the ECM 1st prior to commit of the licence. Your warning should state that!

    it can't be put any clearer than in the license window. Keep in mind some of our customers need/want to flash someone elses file to their ecm so for us to say "don't do that" would be beyond our scope, we can only tell you that you will need to license the ecm if you haven't already done so. Its as clear cut as we can make it without telling people don't do it.
