Thread: No video

    No video

    For 2 of my 3 sessions no video recorded, only data.

    Video was fine for the first session. I don?t believe I changed any settings.

    I?m using an IPhone 10xmax with only the phones camera, no external camera.

    Any ideas?

    When video recording works initially, but then no longer works on a subsequent recording, it's usually one of the following:

    1) The device's storage space is full. On the camera preview and record screens, the expected storage space available will be shown in recording minutes. There are some situations where a pending app and OS update could cause this to show more space available than we can actually use, but it works great most of the time.

    2) The app had been placed into background mode at some point during those problem recording, which terminates it. The phone's operating system does this to us, and it can happen if you switch out of the app, turn the screen off, answer a text, receive a call, etc.

    3) The phone's camera got stuck in an invalid or locked state (or is being used by another app/process), and the phone needs to rebooted.
