5r110 12 valve cummins swap information

Hey everyone. Looking for guidance. I have a 2005 f350 5r110 with a ve 12 valve cummins swapped. It has an hx35, fuel pin and 3200 gov spring. Pump is advanced, arp studs and fresh gasket. Some bigger injectors on the way. It has a stock converter and stock ford ecm.

I am new to this site and new to hp tuners. My buddy is very familiar with it and is going to help me try and tune the trans friday.

My question is where do I start? What tables should we look at first. Obviously we will start with the basics and change tire size and delete some things throwing codes. But what trans tables will help with Tc lock up, shift firmness, and lowering the shift points.

Also if you have a tune you would like to share that would also be great.
