bought 2 credits today and got new app key and new key doesnt show the credits

whats the easiest way to delete vats? the old setup u went under systems and scrolled down and did none and reflashed.. ive been trying with a 15 Camaro and cant get it to work. I went under os and diabled vats 1 and vats 2.. is that right? anything else I have to do? after doing that and reflashing , it came right back on, so what am I missing? once u delete vats car should crank correct? im getting the 513 trouble code..
