VCT IVO and EVO angles for best fuel economy 2017 5.0

Does anyone have IVO and EVO opening and closing angles that they have used for best fuel economy?

Do you understand how that table works? You want ivo 20-30* and evc 20-40* depending on load and rpm and if you want to be ready for Optimum Power.

Still a little sketchy on how the table works. I'm learning slowly. Its a lot to take in.
