Check Engine Light On

I read the 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 6.4 - checked the Custom Key (I don't think this was necessary) and saved the .hpt file.

Changed the MDS to disabled and did a write to the car. Everything seemed to work fine.

However, The check engine light won't turn off.

I reinstalled the original tune and the check engine light is still on.

When I ran diagnostics I get the errors in the attachment. . . .

The car runs normally, but I have not driven it.

Is the issue that I checked the Custom Key, when reading the car?

After Googling all day, I found a recommendation to remove the negative battery cable for 3 minutes....It worked! No more check engine light.
