Same....mine happened flashing the final tune to a truck on my dyno. Now it won't start and stay running like the PCM is bricked but my scanner won't connect and i get the Invalid App Key error in the Editor. Best bet is to email support. I just did, awaiting a response. Based on my searching, it seems like they need to update our application keys. I don't understand why though. I read/wrote this truck a dozen times last night with no issues and I didn't update my software in the middle of tuning either....i thought the PCM bricked or something electrical happened in the truck. I wasted some considerable time checking fuses, probing wires, and letting it sit with the battery unhooked.

version 4.2 would lock up and had to restart to get it to work.
Tried this several times , would lock up every time.
Ended up having to go back to 4.0 to get everything to work.

Can't get any of my cables to communicate with anything atm. Keep getting invalid app key when trying to flash and won't comm when trying to log. Tried all of my cables and all of the solutions in that thread.

I've been dealing with support for the last week and a half on this. My MPVI2 works fine, but I have now tried 2 different MPVI Pro's and they will not connect to scan or flash. Very frustrating when you're trying to get a customers car on the dyno and finished.

Luckily I have other ways to tune most of the stuff here but I prefer hpt. Need to get this resolved asap. I was able to flash a 3v earlier but still can't log.

What is your support ticket number?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Thanks for the response. Haven't received anything from support yet. Just emailed again.

Got a ram on the dyno atm. Will not read, write or log.

Responded. Just an FYI "bumping" your ticket actually sends it to the BACK of the line of tickets.

You have pull up one of your previous saved versions from whichever folder you download files to (usually the download folder).
