Get a wideband o2 sensor, stop guessing with this stuff.

The log says it's lean all over per the trims but without a wideband do you really know how bad it really is?

Verify you have no vacuum leaks, no exhaust leaks pre o2 sensor, make sure fuel pressure is a solid 58psi all the time. Then start fixing the airflow model and stop going wide open throttle until you get everything squared away.

Add more data to your logs, you need/want to be logging knock retard, your injector pulse width avg, commanded AFR or EQ ratio, cylinder airmass and anything else you think in required.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
