    How long do logs need to be?

    How long do logs need to be? minutes?
    warmed up 180 plus ?
    full throttle ? what do you guys like to see?

    Totally depends on what you are doing.

    The longer the logs the better the overall data should be. Some logs require the engine being cold while others warm, it just totally depends on what you are trying to fix in the calibration.


    Say I'm tuning the MAF or VE in a LS based vehicle, I will want atleast a 15-25min log to gather lots of data.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
