Can not read a JDM 350Z ECU EV14B

Hi

Trying to download the ECU file from a 2007 JDM 350Z so we can calibrate the MAF's.
MAF housing has been changed.
The ECU number is EV14B and has the VQ350HR engine.
Is there any tricks to make this work?
Has VCM been tested on JDM cars?

Assuming you are using an MPVI2 and are connected to the internet?

Yes using MPVI2.
I could not get the editor or the scanner to connect.
To get the ecu number I used NDS3 and an ebay adapter.
