    maximum RPM limit in PCM?

    Hi All,

I've got a project I'm working at and am currently limited to shifting at 8100 rpm, as the highest we can raise the limiter to is 8192. Is there any way to get around this on a stock PCM? Is this a hardware limit that we can't get around? Car is a 58x 2006 LS2 corvette (harness and PCM). Engine is now a 502ci NA that' wants to breathe higher!

    Thanks in Advance.

That’s the limit from what I’ve seen.. just like we use to be stuck around 7200 on the lt1s back in the day..
Maybe someone smarter then me has a way around it

It's a multiplier table. I used to get past the limit on an LSJ spinning to 8500 rpms.

    8192 x 1.xxx = desired rpm limit.
