2016 hellcat with 2.85" pulley, limp mode problem

Hi guys, I've been trying to tune this hellcat, the first time that I tuned it there was no problems in WOT. When the customer took the car after 10+ miles drive the car went to limp mode.
I've been trying to adjust the airflow tables on the supercharger and the torque tables. But keeps doing it. Now I'm getting the codes P0601, P2138, U0109, U1424.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

i think there are some setting that have to be back to stock

- Engine > Airflow > General > Port Flow vs. PRatio and RPM
- Engine > Airflow > Electronic Throttle > Max Demanded Throttle
- Engine > Torque Model > Monitoring
- Engine > Torque Management > Driver Demand > Power % Request (Flywheel)

I did this to a supercharged RT and has the same issue.

- Engine Diagnostic > General > Airflow Max RPM
