MVPI2 pro locking up during scan and not reading or connecting periodically

Was working great then hung up during a read. NOw it will scan for a few minutes and then drops the scan and appears disconnected No interface found error. Verified OBD2 interface good with aeroforce gauges.

Any thoughts? Is ther a hard reboot on the device? Or is this just a wait for replacement?

I've been getting a ton of issues with the MPVI2 cable as well. Took about 20 tries last night to flash a TCM in a 2019 ZR1. Application kept crashing in the process.

James I would recommend opening a support ticket if you are having issues.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
