you need to add more pids to your channel list like injector pulse,misfires,injector duty cycle,knock retard,iat2,maf hz,afr commanded,o2's,etc....
do you have a wideband to verify wot fueling?
why is your tps only reading 60%?
what fuel are you running?
hows the ign system setup? look for faulty/arcing wires,faulty coils,cracked spark plugs,incorrect gaping causing spark blow out
hows fuel pressure?
