E67 - 5.3 - Startup issues warm/cold after cam/injector/ls7maf install

Hello,

One of my customers vehicles just had a cam installed, Injectors (LS7), Maf (ls7)

I've VE and MAF tuned it, however I'm still having an issue getting it to start properly when its warm. I have to press the throttle down.
I did try removing, and adding 10% to the startup airflow tables, neither really seemed to help.

I'm not sure if I need to add or remove from the startup airflow tables, however it does smell rich when starting.

Did I tune for the ls7 injectors, yes. I copied over the data from another vehicle with the same ECM and injectors.
