I tried to license a 2015 Cadillac Escalade yesterday and am having issues, any help would be great. I had 2 credits available, licensed the truck, it asked for two credits, after licensing it, it shows up in my licensed vehicles but will not let me write the vehicle. It seems like it wants one more credit, I cant click on it because I have no credits but when I go into license options it shows the warning screen, flashing "Attention" the "specific" has GM1 beside it, does it take 3 credits to write this vehicle. It only says it takes 2 on the HP vehicle list? If I look at the "calibration detail" the "serial" number matches the Licensed vehicle in "suite info". I'm tempted to just get one more credit and try it but am confused because it shows it licensed in my licensed vehicles? Thanks in advance.
