    Converting Gen 4 tune to a gen 3 E38 PCM for a LS376/525 crate motor

    Updated: Sorry I have a P01 ECM from the original 99 Firebird.

    I have a client that brought me his P01 PCM so he can get his LS 376/525 Crate motor started. He has hooked up the Lingenfelter TRG-002 Trigger Conversion Module. I didnt think this would be an issue until I started comparing the two tune files. There were some other fellas that helped me with getting the Gen 4 tune, Thank you so Much. So the issue that I am having is converting the tune over for things like the ETC Scaler. I noticed that the Gen 4 uses a different set of values. Which makes me start to think, what else should I convert, or is this even convertible, and besides the obvious like injector, Base running airflow, cylinder size, yada yada.

    Has anyone ever done this? Id love to ask for a tune file, but I know those can be dear to some. Has anybody found issue or pitfalls I should watch for? Any Help is greatly appreciated.
