    Injector timing boundary + normal ls1 camaro

    I need some help working out this calculation to find the optimum injector timing for a LS1, I've always been able to get it right on LS2+ corvettes, tahoe's etc but this is my first cammed Gen III

    stock ls1 198/209 .500/.500 lsa 119.5

    open int 20d-btdc - exh 44d-bbdc

    his cam 277/293 .631/.620 lsa 113

    open int 25.5d-btdc - exh 79.5d-bbdc

    calculation for EOI after TDC
    -784 + ((Boundary + Normal) * 90)
    -784+((6.5+5.55)*90) = 300.5
    -784+((6.5+X)*90)= 295
    ((6.5*90)+(x*90))-784 <--- I'm stuck here, not really sure how to expose the X value and calculate its integer correctly.
    would it be (6.5x+90x+58.5+810) - 784?
    (6.5x+90x+58.5+810) - 784 = 295
    6.5x+90x = -573.5
    6.5x+x = -6.372
    2x = -0.9803
    x = -0.49015

    -784+((6.5+x)*90)= 295
    (6.5+x)*90)= 295+784
    90x +6.5*90=1079
    90x=1079-585
    90x=494
    x=5.489

    Thanks! I eventually got it calculated, then found out his LSA was actually 113+5 and had to redo all of it, but my knowledge in this is set in stone so it should be easy from now on, running smoothly between 14.5-14.9 at idle!
