throttle not response on cold start

I'm looking for where in hptuners to look for what's causing this.

On cold start, it's like the first 1/4" of pedal is dead, then it hooks up and you jerk.

As soon as the engine is warm, it's all fine.

With a DBW setup, I can see where the throttle plate is, but I can't figure out how to monitor the position of the gas pedal (to see what position the ECM thinks it is in).

Find the channel called APP, accelerator pedal position.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
