Codes after throttle body installation

2015 Chrysler 200 3.6
I bought a BBK throttle body and it it currently setting three codes :
P2173
U1424
P0507
I verified that there wasn't any vacuum leaks . Installed new gaskets to make sure. Clayed the intake to see if it wasn't crushing down....everything seemed fine.
I have an unlocked PCM and I was able to eliminate P2173 & P0507 , but U1424 was not an option. I contacted HP support , and I was told that the DTC will populate when I read the TCM. But, since I have a MPVi1 , it can't read the trans.
Now tech is saying that a tune will fix it.

Any ideas where to look ? I have TQ management disabled and it is only triggered by this throttle body. BBK has sent me three of these throttle bodys to test and they all do the same thing .

Have you tried to do a ETC relearn with the specialty function found in VCM scanner?
